Working for the med kitchen
Working for the med kitchen means traveling far and wide, having lots of fun, enjoying some great (and some dodgy!) music and keeping the British people fed and watered at the UK's premier festivals and events. It also means long, hard days, early starts, sleeping in tents and festival showers and toilets!
To make up for the bad bits we make sure we have lots of fun, tell bad jokes (constantly!), look after each other and make time each day to sit down, have a drink and share some stories after a long days trading.
We expect all members of the team to get stuck in and help out with all tasks including; loading and unloading vans, building and dismantling our 'pop up' trading units, preparing and serving food and helping getting the washing up done in a field (we never said it was going to be glamorous!)
